I designed and developed the world's first scratch-off gig poster to commemorate Jack White's one-night-only show in Las Vegas.
I stamped each poster with unique combinations of symbols hidden under scratch-off ink. Some posters had prize-winning combinations based on Jack's song lyrics.
We minted coins that matched the illustrated coins on the poster so they could be used for the scratch-off.
The poster received a great amount of press, and Rolling Stone called it “one of the coolest gig posters of all time”. It was also viewed over 2 million times on my site (had each of those been a purchase, I would have truly hit the jackpot).
Three years later, when Jack White returned to Vegas, I was once again invited to design the commemorative posters.
