While at WPP, I worked with GTB, their Ford-focused agency, to bring its core values—Curious, Kind, and Brave—to life through stories of individuals from their global team.
Working with regional leaders, we identified and profiled employees whose personal stories embodied these values. I collaborated closely with these individuals to write their stories, ensuring their authentic voices were captured. These videos were designed to celebrate team members and introduce them to their colleagues worldwide. Each premiered at GTB’s global town halls, which I co-produced, and went on to live and inspire on the agency’s website—a platform I also led the creation of.
