A MAGICAL MEMORY

While at WPP, I co-produced several all-agency town hall meetings for GTB, the 2,000-person global agency responsible for the Ford Motor Company account. At one of these events, we introduced GTB’s new cultural values:

To help make these new values memorable and meaningful, I conceived a unique activity. At each seat, attendees received a custom deck of four cards, each printed with a different value.
